Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You sign up with no credit card and open your first wedding: it's included, complete with everything, with 25 GB of storage. The trial runs until 90 days after the wedding date (within 12 months of signing up), so it covers delivering the gallery too.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. A card is only needed when you decide to activate a plan. Until then no charge is possible, not even by mistake.
What happens to my couples if I don't continue?
They never pay your bill: when the trial ends they keep seeing and downloading their gallery for another 90 days. You get reminders, and you can reactivate everything with one click at any time.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the app. Move up and it's active immediately — you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Move down and the change starts at your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
By yourself, from the app, no phone calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that your data stays downloadable for 90 days.
Are my clients' photos safe?
Photos live on professional cloud storage, every studio is isolated from the others at database level, and your galleries are reachable only by the people you invite. And they're always yours: you can export them whenever you want.
How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through Stripe. Prices include VAT and you'll find the invoice for every payment inside your app.
What if I need help?
Support answers from inside the app (there's also an assistant that already knows every feature). We're photographers too: we know what it's like to message a software company on a Saturday night.
