Who we are
This website is operated by Chiaia Wedding Studio (Naples, Italy), the founding studio of The Wed Portal. For anything related to your data, write to info@chiaiaweddingstudio.com.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this website collects is the email address you choose to leave in the “Notify me” form. We use it for one purpose: to email you when The Wed Portal opens to studios. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Your light/dark theme preference is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never leaves your device.
How long we keep your email
Until the launch email is sent, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. To be removed at any time, write to info@chiaiaweddingstudio.com and we will delete it.
Where your data lives
Waitlist emails are stored on our own servers in the European Union (Germany). They are not sold, shared or transferred to third parties; the only processor involved is our email delivery provider, used to send you the launch notification.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. One email to info@chiaiaweddingstudio.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
